15-Day Return
Enjoy peace of mind with a 100% refund of the invoice value if you return your purchase within 15 days of delivery.
- Personalized products are not eligible for the 15-day return policy.
- Purchases made using EMI options are not eligible for returns.
Sell Back to us
You may sell your jewelry back to AKAARI at prevailing market rates.
- Gold: 100% of the current market value.
- Lab-Grown / Mined Diamonds: 80% of the current market value.
Any discounts received at the time of purchase on metal or stone value will be deducted from the market value. Making charges will also be deducted (maximum ₹10,000).
Lifetime Exchange
Upgrade or exchange your jewelry anytime for a new design.
- Gold: 100% of the current market value.
- Lab-Grown / Mined Diamonds: 100% of the current market value of the same grade.
Making charges will be deducted from the old jewelry. Any price difference for the new piece will be charged additionally.
Note: 3% GST will also be deducted during the exchange process.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for the 15-Day Return Policy.
- Products that are engraved, personalized, or customized.
- Products purchased using the EMI payment option.
- Products that have already been exchanged once under the 15-Day Return Policy (exchange is allowed only once within 15 days for full value).
- All 925 silver products, which are final sale and non-refundable.
Note: The product must be returned in its original packaging and should not show any scratches, damage, signs of wear, or alterations.
Cancellation
Orders purchased using a discount code or EMI options will incur a 20% cancellation fee if cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order.
